Remember that more people will complain than praise. Although I see some nasty comments about this place, I have lived here for some time now and I LOVE IT. My place is unique, quiet (the AC/heat is loud, but no biggie), close to so much, in GREAT condition and upkeep, and overall a wonderful place for the price. Check this place out before and form your own opinion, the management is not as bad as other Louisville apartments either
