Apartment Review for Devou Village

I am still living here, and sadly, I am unable to break my lease. Due to the disgusting living conditions, I will not be signing another lease with this company. I have a termite infestation in my apartment. Swarming, winged termites coming into my closet in thousands. When told at first, they did little to correct the issue and what's worse, didn't seem in the least concerned. I went away for a week out of town and found the conditions just as terrible as when I left. They left thousands of dead termites all over my closet and floor and cleaned nothing. After another phone call where they seemed they could care less, they refuse to move me to another unit and say they will call in pest control. Still waiting to see how that works out. Regardless of this, I will probably never feel comfortable in this apartment again, and look forward to November when I can move somewhere else. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
