I have lived at Weaver Farm for 2 years and I have always been treated with respect and they have always been understanding of any situation and have always tried to help. Angie, the manager and Nicole the assitant manager have always been very sweet and nice and always willing to help with any issues I have had. Any time I have had any maintenance issues the maintenance staff have always taken care of the issue quickly and efficently.
All of the staff at Weaver Farm are great people and very willing to help residents when they can. I like living here because it is a great location and very close to all of the shopping areas in Florence and is also very close to my son's school.
I appreciate all of the girls in the office and the maintenance staff. I would recommend to anyone to live at Weaver Farm if for nothing else, for the Angie and Nicole in the leasing office because they are very sweet and try very hard to please all residents.

I lived at weaver farm for two years & my experience was good. My husband and I moved in on a temporary basis until we were able to purchase a home. I really liked it there, the grounds were well maintained & landscaping was good. I really liked the office staff & the maintenance staff were very knowledgable & helpful. The area is very convenient to major shopping/dining and interstates. I would definitely recommend these apartments!

The apartment complex was not the absolute best but, for the money it was worth it. I enjoyed the convenience of having a small gym on site and the laundry facility on site. The staff was excellent in assisting me with what ever needs I had and were extremely friendly and pretty easy to look at too. I would recommend living there.
