Landlord will soon have a two bedroom available for rent. The apartment is going to be beautiful. The tenants want to emphasis that only nice quite, non-smoking tenants with no pets are preferred. Landlord is great, building is beautiful. Highly recommend for quality tenant.

Masterfully restored and renovated! These are one bedroom suites that are stunning. This is a must see. The owner has spared no expense in bringing this 1920's masterpiece of architecture into the year 2006. Full gourmet kitchen with cabinets to die for. Generous dinning room and living room areas. Huge - yes HUGE bath room. Off street numbered parking, semi-private entrance, buzzer door lock security with intercom. Tray ceilings, lots of high efficiency windows. Floors include ceramic tile, carpet and original hardwood. These suites are some of the most comfortable to be found. State House Suites are the best and is located in an historic district near hundreds of shops and businesses. Just a few blocks from the State Capitol Building & Annex, Transportation Building, State Office Tower, and many other Office Buildings. <P>
