Review for Georgetown Oaks Apartments

Poor cust svc, thin walls, poor maint staff. Animals esp cats run free on property. Maint issues are explained away rather than repaired. Complaints of noise, pet litter, etc issues are ignored then you become the target of mngt rather than real issue being addressed. Normal to see vehicles up on jack stands, teenage males roam the property at all hours. No speed enforcement on property, so beware. Mngt will tell you one thing then take no action or simply lie. Very poorly managed. The most common vehicle in on this property is a moving truck.
