Apartment Review for The Resort At Lake Crossing

I lived at the Resort at Lake Crossing for a total of two years. Initially, it was great, but management is a severe issue at this apartment complex. Katherine is by the most incompetent manager I have ever experienced. Her hypocrisy is by far the worst I've ever experienced: talk kindly too your face, but end-up giving horrible rude and inaccurate landlord references.

We loved the location, the price was great, and maintenance was always efficient. BUT, Katherine is a snake, and really should be avoided at all costs. If the property had better management, I would gladly this give this place a shining review.

At this point, you're probably thinking, "This reviewer must be an idiot, or she really must be that bad!" Trust me, she is really that bad. Watch out for yourself, and take your business to another property where you'll be treated professionally and with dignity.
