A bit further off is the Louisville International Airport, so traveling in and out of the city is simple. Also a bit farther off is Preston Arts Center Inc. which would be a perfect day trip to go and visit. An abundance of colleges are also in the area, such as Kidz University, Daymar College, and Brown Mackie College, so Cooper Creek Village Apartments are great for any students and staff. Brookside is situated on Brooklawn Drive, not far from Iroquois Park. The property is not far from the airport either, so residents may benefit from that. Nearby, renters will find a number of dining options, as well as various retail locations, including Frontier Diner, Walgreen's, Starbucks, Toys R Us, Marshall's, Mexico Tipico, Hooters, and Sears. In the past, many reviews for Brookside were negative. There were complaints that the units had not been upgraded recently and the wear was beginning to show. Reviews say Hunters Run Apartments are spacious and beautiful, though some have had issues with the staff. Woodbridge Apartments is located on Glenridge Drive, close to the Isaac Shelby campus of the University of Louisville. A quick trip brings any tenant to Interstate 264 and a plethora of shops and eateries, such as Kohl’s, California Pizza Kitchen, Radio Shack, The Disney Store, Wendy’s, Chuy’s, and an Apple Store. There have been reviewer complaints about repair speed and noise.
