Review for Bardstown Forest Apartments

I have live here for 3 years,Some of the neighbors here are so rude,The people next door to me whos guest are always over their sitting on the steps that i have to go up, they will not move they make fun of you,They smoke pot and drink,July 4th and 5th and the 6th they shot off Fireworks all night in the breezeway and werent even supposed to shoot them off here,I have complained and nothing has been done,I dont even want to go outside,I rather stay in then have to squeeze my groceries or whatever up the steps
