water damage, noisy, no air conditioning, they don't fix anything. Had a wooden step loose and they still didn't fix it after being told. Scary!!!! My daugher had lead in her system from Bardtown Forest Apartment. Horrible Place to live Get out when you can !!!!!!! I have reported Bardtown Forest Apartments to a news station.
