Management (B.P) is bad about getting what concerns you the most, promising everything will be great, then when you have a problem ignores you or sends her errand girl (Asst. Mgr.) to calm you down. We were shown a "Model Apt" which is the one where everything is new, looking good, and working. Which is not what we got. These are complaints heard over again if you just ask other tenants. The only people I have seen out of the office on regular basis are the maintenance guys, who are great by the way. Or were I should say. They just lost the supervisor to another property which is a shame. He was the only one we had here for years that really tried to make tenants happy and fix thing correctly first time. Guess he just got tired of the mis-leading as well. There are some good things about the apartments. Just have to look to find them.
