This place sucks. The office staff are polite and pretend to listen to your needs but don't do much to solve your problems. Maintenance are usually effective if the problem is small...plumbing problems are another issue. They are clueless and can't fix anything (but tell you it's fixed..till it happens again). Neighbors are very loud at times and shady...some pizza places I have called refuse to deliver here after dark, if that says anything. Haven't had problems with A/C or heat. These people like to do a lot of inconvenient outside "maintenance" work which leaves you without water for a day or two. Lots of noisy kids running through breezeways all the time and bouncing basketballs down the sidewalks right by your bedroom window early in the morning. Carpet is very cheap and crappy indoor/outdoor type. Apartments were not cleaned well before I moved in, either. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
