The water is off several times a week for repairs.Now its being restricted at the faucets.Never enough heat.The manager is rude.And I tried contacting the owner several times but hes always out of the country.So I asked an employee and was told he sails his boat around.WTF we pay to a slumlord so he can sail his ship.Also was told he never gives raises.Well that explains the crappy maintenance we have received over the past couple of years.What a jack***
