I have lived here for three years, and outside of the paper thin walls and ceilings, I never really had many problems. Six months ago I was paying $525.00, and then went on a six month lease. Big mistake, it went up to $605.00. I can't exactlly afford to pick up and move right now because of my medical condition, so now I have to go on a month to month with hopes I can leave soon. With that in mind, I just recieved a notice telling me my rent would go up to $700.00 a month how rediculous......I never missed a payment and was late once in three years, you be the judge. Most apartments would fight to have a tenant such as myself as oppose to those who are never on time.
