Review for Churchill Park Apartment

If you want hot water, this is not the place for you. It seems like every month the hot water goes out for a day or two. And if you have a maintenance, good luck getting it done at all, and don't expect the office to call you back if you have to leave a message. There's also a car sitting outside that is full of trash that hasn't moved, literally, since April of last year, but the office won't do anything about it. I would never live here again and never recommend anyone else to.
