Review for Churchill Park Apartment

No hot water.....deathly hot in the summer. Three times the AC went out in the summer and was so hot we had to pack up and stay at my mothers until they got off their lazy butts to fix the problem. Oh and don't let them fool you by saying you control the temp in your apartment. We had the thermast sat on 49 all summer and it was easily 80 degrees in there!!!!! If anything is broken (like ac, heat) they will give you some lame reason as to why and leave you to suffer. Don't rent here.....N O T worth the headache!!!!!
