I have lived at Holly Hills for two years. I can honestly say that the ONLY REASON I renewed my lease last year was the new office staff. They have been top notch in my book when it comes to handling issues. However, as far as upper management addressing problems that is another story. When you rent here be prepared for regular hot water issues ranging from leaks in the lines to the pilot light getting blown out on the MAIN AND ONLY SOURCE of hot water. The idiots that own the place have yet to figure out that it would be more cost effective if they placed INDIVIDUAL HOT WATER HEATERS in the apt instead of the ONE AND ONLY BOILER system. Also if the pilot light goes out on the hot water boiler that means you will be without heat as well. I just found that out this today (1/30/08) afer the storms that passed through here on 1/29/08. Also during that time the power went out and now there are no lights in the exterior hallways along with NO OUTSIDE LIGHTS. Overall I CAN NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO RENT HERE. The projects would offer you better services than this place.
