For the year I lived at the Imperial House, things were geneally good. The trouble came when I moved out. I toured the apartment with an agent from the property, she said that the property looked good and clean. I was returned 12.5% of my initial deposit. I have NEVER recieved less than a 100% return from any of the 4 apartments I have lived in since 1988. One even rented to me with no deposit because of my good credit.
It's a nice place to be- close to the freeway, but watch out for the deposit return.
