i have lived here for almost 7 unfortunate months. this place is horrid. the pictures they post are from when the stuff was first built. the pool, is disgustingly dirty, and currently is closed off due to the health dept. saying something about PH levels are way off. there are broken bottles around the pool. when i moved in i lived with 2 inch cockroaches...i was mortified. i bought stuff to put down, they told me not to "it would mess up what they put down" i put it down any way, now the only place i see them is all over the hallways, or dead in the stair well. i have seen signs in the laundry room saying something obscene to neighbors who stole their laundry. my wall outlets arent screwed in, THEY ARE PAINTED ON! there is like 2 oulets in the kitchen (oh if you like to cook, dont do it here). the back door from the PUBLIDC parking lot was broken throughout winter, perfect for homeless to come in and make a home on the abandoned 3rd floor, none of the apartments had functioning doors, so very ideal to homeless. its fixed, looks like crap. through out the stairwell is 100s of ciggarette butts, trash, and open circuit boxes, safe huh? i have had something stop working in my apartment, and have called "management" if that is what you like to call them, to have it fixed, NOT EVEN A CALL BACK in over 2 weeks!! i work when the office is open, so i have to leave a call. one time a sewage line broke somewhere, smelled like a meth lab. 2nd floor is a wreck. ceilings and walls have holes, there is water damage, and i think people really live on the second floor, ive seen people in the 2nd floor windows. and the testamonials on the ky tower website, are fake. i have asked almost everyone i come into contact with here, if they like it, i get all negative feedback. this place is filthy, and they dont clean it. dont believe me? sign a lease here, and you will be wishing you didnt.
