I moved in here in 2009 and I am still there. The only reason I havent moved is because of what I am willing to pay for an apt and what area of Louisville I like to live in and it has been challenging to find the next right place to live. I am currently looking to rent a house. After the 2nd month I moved in we had mice ( and have ever since) and constant spiders. They only come to spray when you call and it may take a week or longer for them to show up after calling. I have seen several mice that I couldnt catch but my Husband has thrown away 6 mice away that were caught in a trap.
The neighbors are young, ghetto and constantly breaking their lease so you have tons of new neighbors all the time.
The management could care less of the living situations because they dont have to live there!
