Our Review for Canter Chase
Canter Chase is close to plenty of restaurants in the area, including Corner Café, R Place, and Louisville Tea, so tenants have a variety of dining options. Robinson Park and AB Sawyer Park provide some outdoor space. A bit further off is Oxmoor Center Mall and Mall St. Mathews, so shopping is no trouble, especially with all the stores inside the malls. Several grocery stores are in the neighborhood, making runs to the store during the week extra convenient. Reviews stated that rent is reasonable and the staff is nice and considerate. A few reviewers mentioned that there is a train track nearby, so there can occasionally be some noise issues at night.

I have been live at these apartments of about 3 years. There is something weird going on at these apartments. Its the ladies at these a apartment all they want is to get it on. I mean they are wearing me out. In the first week of living at this place I got it one the apartment manager and a week later the leasing manager. At first I love it, but after I was getting pretty board. I bet I have got it on with 50 to 100 women since I have been living here. If you are hard up this is the place to live......Considering everything else it is a great place. Management is wild at this place. I mean wild. I even got some free rent for getting it on......

Not a bad place overall. They fix things fairly promptly, the job is done okay, but not professional quality. If you like to sleep make sure you don't live by the train tracks. The trains are always going by and pretty loud.

I've lived in these apartments since March 1, 2005. I think they're great. The rent is exceptionally reasonable. The complex is about 16 years old. Its lawns well kept and manicured. The management is very friendly, professional, and go out of their way to please. Maintenance is always done in a timely and professional manner. If for some reason they are unable to finish a job that day, they let you know and give you an estimated time of completion. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. Its just a great place to live. <P>
