Apartment Review for Champion Farms

We have lived here for the last year and a half and found that just about everything mentioned in the other reviews are true for our experience as well.
Maintenance request have been halfway done. Mold issue, bugs and trapped a couple of mice.
No treatment for ice and snow this last winter. Made for some very slick parking spots and danger of someone falling and breaking a leg. We have had to put plastic over all the windows and towels around the bases of the doors. The bedrooms can get down to 60 degrees in the winter.
The noise from neighboring apartments is awful. We have had 3 different people living above us. The last group have been very noisy to the point that they wake our son at all hours. On and On we go.
The end result: for Champion Farms to become a true rental property Champion, they must lower prices and start treating the residents better. Drop their prices at least $100.00 a month and tend to the problems that everyone know s need to be tended too!
