It is true that the air and the water had being an isue but we cant denied that they are just trying to fix the problems, it is an old property and we have to realize that every time they shut the AC or water off is because they are trying to fix the problems that old management did not get fixed. The staff in the office is very nice, we have to underestand that they are answering to over 300 people and not every one is very educated, as much as you can be frustrated for your problems they are just trying to work with you.

Lived here 6 years ago now I guess. At that time management was much better. Had friends who lived there um 89-200? 2 maybe?? They finally left in frustration. We had killer maintinence at that time basicly you called and said I have a problem it was fixed w/in 3 days tops. EXCEPT the Boiler Chiller thing. Not individual AC but something called a boiler/chiller the further away from the thing the hotter the apt. AND we were on the second floor. Great location, NOT enough Cooling... and then they don't turn the heat off until MAY 1st and no cross winds I would give it a 3 of 5 stars I guess overall though not a current rating to be fair. <P>
