Apartment Review for Country Acres Apartments

My apartment flooded fourt times. When the water main broke they took four months to make all repairs. Their version of repairing my laundry room floor was to TAPE down the lenolium that was peeling up. This last time when the hot water pipe sprung a leak they only put a fan in my apartment. I found black mold growing. The countertop was pulling from the wall and the cabinets holding it up began buckling. The hanging cabinets began pulling from the wall and the ceiling. The DRYWALL began bubbling (not paint), there was water damage to the base boards and my bathroom cabinets. Even after written notice they refused to come make repairs. My son has asthma and cannot live in that type of environment. Two other tenants had to move out for a month due to their apartments flooding at seperate times then mine. Never in a million years should you move here. Montgomery Realty is a horrible property manager and are out to make the almighty dollar and not take care of you!!!
