I have lived here 14 months and just signed a new lease. This is a wonderful place to live. It is quiet and peaceful, day and night. Every neighbor is friendly. Maintenance problems are handled promptly. The swimming pool was completely re-done this year and is really nice. Unless you're a ****-raiser and insist on large dogs, you ahould be happy here.

i lived at four seasons for a year and am planning on moving back this month. The only reason i moved was to be in a small town and i hate it. I never considered going anywhere else but back here. Maintance is wonderful and promt. Vicki is amazing to talk to and gets things done in a timely manner, she at no time was rude or lazy. As far as noise it's normal for an apartment most everyone is quiet at 9. Some people tend to hang out in the parking lot at night, but the lmpd take care of that rapidly! So all and all it's a normal apartment they are all huge and it's very comfortable. Just because you got evicted doesn't mean you need to hate it.
