Apartment Reviews for Glenmary Village - Louisville

First, thank you to the residents that took a moment to post their experiences at Glenmary Village! Second, as you read through many of the review websites, please keep in mind that a large portion of the negitive comments are inaccurate, and are likely former residents that may have been evited or did not abide by the community policies - it happens even at the nicest communities. I am curious as to the context of the allegations dated 04/17/11, because the allegations are grossly inaccurate. We treat every resident with respect, even if we have to discuss a sensitive subject like late rent, a noise complaint, lease break, renewal, etc. We don't recieve many complaints, but when we do, we are proactive. Most of our current residents apprecaite a staff that is proactive, rather than a staff that does nothing. We operate a very nice community with peaceful environment, and responsive staff. I have lived in Glenmary Village for approx. 6 months now and I love it! The grounds are always well kept. Maintenance problems are fixed in a timely manner. Parking is sometimes hard to come by and the office staff can be a little rude but, for the most part, are nice. The units are beautiful and very spacious! One drawback is the noise level I experience living on the first floor, I hear people above me simply walking around, and large dogs are allowed in second floor apartments, which becomes extremely noisy as they grow. Other than the small problems, which I'm sure occur anywhere you go, these apartments are perfect and truly make you feel like you are at home! I would definitely recommend Glenmary Village to anyone!

It is the best apartment among 5 aparments we've lived in US. Maintenance come right away, and leasing office people are always nice and friendly. Business center and Gym are nice and clean. Also, we love the suburban atmosphere. <P>
