I have lived at Holly Hills for about 2 years now and I am excited to LEAVE in 2 weeks! It didn't used to be bad, just after PMR management took over. The staff is rude and unproffesional, including the regional manager, Amy. They never return phone calls and takes a good couple weeks to fix anything. Don't forget to ask about the R.U.B.S. They charge $150.00 extra for electricity for outside lights, but you also get a bill from LG&E. How lovely is that. The pool opened about a month and a half late this year. I would not recommend Holly Hills to my worst enemy. All these people care about is getting paid. You most likely will also have to deal with leaks that never go away. My bathroom ceiling is about to cave in right now! But they are working on it, right? They haven't even came to look at it yet!
