Apartment Review for Ledgewood Apartments

Legdgewood may have been a nice place in previous years but now they have too many management issues. The property has went down. the pavement is in really bad shape, they have large holes that almost make driving thru a challange. The lower level apartments are with many issues there are leaks from the the second floor apatments that are causng mold in the first floor apts. They do not clean the apt correctly the apts windows have mildew and mold.They spot paint, these apt allow animals so they need to be repainted not spot painted. The windows on the first floor are quite airy and the electric bill is high. mold is definitely a problem in the first floor apts now do they fix the problem no!!!!!!! the maintanence men when and if they show up wipe the mold off and paint it and as always the mold return. These apts have children in them and mold is dangerous. They do not fix the problem they cover it up. This is not a good place to live now. At one time this was a great place to live but not anymore, Renters be aware
