Apartment Review for Ledgewood Apartments

I agree with the above complaint I to leave in Ledgewood and agree with this persons response. I have serious issues with my apartment from the water damage from the upstairs apartment my apartment is full of mold maintenance has painted over it and it has grown back. My floors are rotting from water damage my cabinets under my sink are full of mold that you can see. Ledgewood apartments has been made aware of the problem several times yet they have done nothing.

They would rather shift the blame of on the tenants than fix the problem. I fear for health and my children safety everyday.I am moving as fast as I can.Beware of ledgewood apts it is nothing like it use to be. Management changes hands almost over night and these apartments have been sold several times.

The pavement is in bad condition you will have to dodge potholes just to get to your apartment.They claim they would fix them a few years back as of the date I type this comment they are still there.If no one believes this just drive in and check it out for yourself.
