No sound insulation between floors - while you likely won't hear your next door neighbors, you WILL hear and SMELL those above you and below walking, talking, well.. just about everything. THe heat pump units are LOUD and 3 coin washers for 80 unit building is insane. t1 is more like 300kps average when up and running and direct tv is essentially 40 channels of very compressed TV - HDTV is non exisitant. The styling is contemporary and nice, but if you're looking for peace and quiet, look further... PS pets of all sizes are here and the mess they leave...
