Apartment Reviews for Nunnally Realty - Louisville

It's a real shame to see what's happening to this building. The location is fantastic, and the building was well maintained by the previous landord, but it was bought to flip by Nunnally Realty and the building has been going down since then.

From the get go, it was clear these folks were not necessarily the most up and up. Coming home, for example, and finding them having McDonalds at our dining room table when they were in the process of evaluating the building for purchase seemed a little odd. And there were obvious problems with the building sound isolation from the get go. I feel bad in advance for folks who purchase any of these as condos.

That said, the Nunnally folks are just not cutting it at property management. Lights out and not replaced, the grounds in disarray, plumbing leaks let to run and rot the floor joists underneath, slow response on problems. Nor are they good with communicating and providing for new tenants. New tenants are promised a washer and dryer and yet they are not installed. New tenants parking spaces are cluttered with both past resident junk as well as trash from the landlord.

It's a building that's on the decline with property managers that are letting it go. I personally will be staying away from Nunnally as both a property managers, property developers and property brokers.
