I have been a resident at Rangeland for 10+ years. I have read the reviews and feel they are unfair and harsh. Rangeland has had problems for years.When i moved in it was horrid. Drug dealers, crimes(car theft) I was embarrassed to say where I lived.I was looking into moving until the current management took over. The staff here are incredible. I am a very outspoken and demanding resident and I have been treated like family.Things are going to break, mistakes are going to be made, but for people to blatantly call staff LAZY and uncaring is unfair and GHETTO. I have watched our new manager stand up for the residents.I have seen her make people pick up their litter.I have also seen her first hand apologize when mistakes have been made and instantly resolve the problem.No more drug dealing in the parking lot, police patrol now instead of constantly being called to resolve problems. I have great neighbors, my apartment is humungous and anytime I call and place a work order it is resolved in a timely manner.Dont let these reviews deter you from living here.Give Rangeland another chance.

I live at Rangeland Manor and think that it is a great place. The apartments are large and at a great price. The staff are friendly and helpful. I am a new tenant, but plan on staying.

If you are looking for a great place to live, cheap rent, great neighbors,and a awesome staff this is the place. I have lived here for almost 2 years and this is by far the best that I have found.

This used to be a run-down, neglected place. In the past year they started renovated all of the complex - upgraded buildings, renovated clubhouse, repaved parking lot, installed security cameras. Office staff and maintenance staff are great. And on top of that the rates are still lower that almost everywhere else. I love the chance and have alsready recommended this place to several of my friends

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone even if they stood in my face and admitted to being my enemy. This is the most horrible experience I have ever had with a landlord. I pay my rent on time every month, but I can never get maintenance to fix ANYTHING in the apartment. From the day I moved in I have had a broken window and windows that will not close and several other smaller things that need to be fixed. I have called the office asking when they were going to fix things and I always get the run-around basically. I say that to say I have been living in the apartment for 3 months and have had nothing fixed before or after I moved into the apartment. I will not renew my lease and would not recommend anyone sign a new lease. At this point I am going to see if there is even a possibility I can get owner information because I want them to know what their management is doing and not doing. Maintenance needs to be restaffed. I don't know what they do all day.

This is not a bad place to live! I have lived here for years and have not had any problems. My apartment is wonderful and maintenance has always repsonded in a timely manner. The rent and security deposit is very affordable as well. I have referred this community to several of my friends and family members. Check it out. <P>
