Apartment Review for Southgate

I wonder why a company allows such scum & immaturity to run such a nice place. First, when you walk in you have bubble gum chewing teenaged girls that are supposed to be trustworthy to handle your money & keep confidential information private for you. Next, when theyre not texting & gossiping you might get a straight answer out of them.Although, seems like lies are all you ever get. Then this huge, unprofessional freak show of a manager "ring leader of the pack" comes waddling out & you cannot get anywhere with her, seriously, a mcdonalds reject. I find it hard to believe that if a company cannot even get a professional staff to run their business, how can they provide you with a stable, safe & well kept enviornment to call home!? And yes, maintenance is just as if not bigger of a joke in this place. I have had no garbage disposal since Ive moved in and this "alarm" that was advertised & promised to be fixed upon move in, is STILL not working. For the money, go elsewhere !
