Apartment Review for Southgate

My boyfriend and I were really excited about this place! We looked at a great apartment and after we put down money, got packed, got a u-haul and took off work to move we were told the apartment we were promised wasn't available and they tried to stick us in one that hadn't even been cleaned yet!

Since they wouldn't give us back our money we finally settled on an apartment. We wish we would've let em keep the money and got out anyway! There's only 1 trash compactor for the entire place so you have to put your disgusting trash in your car or haul it all the way across the complex! The dumpster by the way is right in front of the office and pool so no joy in laying out on a nice day since you get a nice wiff of rotting food and dirty diapers! If you have something that needs to be fixed you're lucky if they show up some time that month and just because they showed up does NOT mean the problem is fixed!

Don't get reeled in like we did!
