Apartment Review for Southgate

The staff are very inconsiderate, rude, and insulting. They lie at every change possible to cover their mistakes. I have had to keep notes of every conversation I have had with the staff because they lie so much. Check your ledger every month. The staff likes to charge your account with no explaination for the charges. Watch out for Veronika she is not only racist but just plain rude. When dealing with the staff I have been called a child and they are not a daycare. Maintenance has to be done yourself because the maintenance staff does not have time to fix problems. The grounds are covered in dog poop. I noticed the police at the apartment complex many times. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! You will regret it.
