Apartment Reviews for Southgate - Louisville

I used to live across the way from this complex at Hillview Woods. Both of these places leave a lot to be desired when it comes to residents and management. Both of these places have some of the most unprofessional people running them that I have ever seen. We looked into moving to Southgate but we decided to move elsewhere in Louisville. Never have I seen such lazy trash running a business. No manners, take it or leave it attitude towards people, bad attitudes galore. Seems that the area is inhabited by a lot of lower life individuals especially white trash. That comes from experience of people leaving their dogs tied to trees, barking animals at all times of the day, junk cars being left in the parking lots and no one ever comes to move them or take them away. Double standards with management, etc. They need to really clean up their areas. Not to mention the area is over run by drugs and people selling them out of these apartments. Potheads and other abusers get by with their drug usage around this area. Just a bad overall situation especially at Hillview and probably this place too. The lies are another thing the previous poster mention. Also beware that some of these companies are using smoke detectors that are severely outdated and not the proper usage of equipment. When I brought this up, I was rebuffed by Hillview Woods as it wasn't anything to worry about. Well it was 2010 and they were using stuff from prior to 2004 when it was to be replaced. What does that tell you.
