With apparent forethought, they out-right lied and misled us on the amount of the rent and on the move in date. We were told the rent was to be $640 per month and that if we paid the deposit and first month's rent we could go ahead and put some of our daughter's things in the apartment as long as she didn't stay there. That was confirmed by two different people on up to three occasions. There was even a note left regarding the move-in information that was confirmed by the woman we spoke to on the day of arrival. We arrived with some of our daughter's furniture to find out the amount of the rent was a lie ($715 rather than $640) and the ability to leave some of her things there was also a lie. We had just spoken to one of the staff persons the day before we left tp confirm all the details of the move. We had nothing left to think except that they purposefully just bait and trap people. Aside from that, the manager treated us as if we just made it all up in our heads and refused to show her face to us in person. You will be hearing from our legal counsel regarding this matter. This out-right lie cost us a full day of pointless travel, $100.00 in gas, $150 in food and supplies for the move and the trailer rental of $100.00. This does not even compare to the distress it caused our daughter who was trying to prepare for graduate school. She of course did not sign the lease that was waiting for her. We recommend that you look elsewhere too!
