Apartment Review for Waterford Place Apartments

Our apartment flooded everytime it rained in the spring/summer of 2008. We had worms underneathe our bed. We could not get the office to even look at our problem. The smell was so awful. Finally, after getting sick from the mold and fighting with the office, we switched apartments. I almost had to call the health department on them. The manager had the nerve to try and start our lease over and charge us more per month. We did indeed have to pay $25 more to move to the third floor!!! Unbelievable.
