Apartment Reviews for Willowbrook - Louisville

Willowbrook on Buechel Bank is horrible to live in. I lived here for a few months, and they cut my lease because i didnt feel safe living here. The staff in the office is of no help because they wont return your calls till maybe four days later, and also they arent very professional. The maintenance takes at least five calls to get them to do what needs to be done. The apartment complex is in horrible shape, roach friendly and also poorly updated. The pool doesnt work, the laundry facility is damaged, and the hallways are horrendous. This property is awful.
