Upkeep of buildings is bad - older windows/heating units/appliances need to be replaced. Nearly impossible to get requested repairs completed. Grass is never mowed in timely manner and when mowed it is never completely finished. Its normal for the edges around buildings/fences to not be completed. Very bad about record keeping. Receive evict notices often even though rent is paid on time, every time. I have to call to let them know the date pymt was made and amount of the rent payment to clear it. Keep good records of your payments to avoid problems!!
