Apartment Review for Pin Oak Apartments

I used to live there. The apartment I was in was alright but the hallways were filthy dirty and I had a lousy redneck neighbor that lived beneath me that used to have all kinds of people comin in and out of the building which was annoying. Oh and the bathroom that I was in was infested with spiders. I would hate to go in there, scared that one would drop on my head or somethin. One time the toilet handle broke and the tank kept running which I hadn't known at the time that it would make my water bill high if I didnt stop it. I asked to get it fixed numerous times and it took them forever to send somebody to fix it, which caused my water bill to go sky high. The maintenance guy was nice enough to tell me to pull the ball up in the tank to keep it from running after the toilet was flushed until he could come and fix it. I tried calling the office to see if they could waive part of my water bill since it took them so long to come and fix it but that bitchy, senile office manager Nancy refused saying that it wasn't their fault and that they had put the work order in. I couldnt stand her! Honestly, I think that ***** was racist. Don't recommend this place. It's cheap but not that great. Management is horrible and they dont take care of you.
