Review for Baker Trails Apartments

I was recently shopping apts in Baker and ran across Baker Trails. I've always known it to be a shit hole but I must say the new management is really cleaning it up. The office had ceramic tile floors, granite counter tops, new light fixtures, and designer paint. The units are small and more can be done on the landscaping but the manager said they're doing a complete interior and exterior rehab on the place. They'll all have granite and tile. Looks like the last blythe in Baker will be gone soon and replaced with luxury apartments and good tenants.
