You name it, this place blows. Sign by the road says under new management. While this may likely be true, its equally likely that the new management is more shitty than the previous management. Don't expect anything to be repaired while renting, don't expect yourself, wife, girlfriend, or property to be safe, don't expect management to understand any unusual circumstances. EXPECT illiterate, incompetent, asinine freshman LSU students working the office, expect your packages to be misplaced by said LSU students, expect your car fender to be kicked in, expect your dishwasher to sound like a lawn mower and your garbage disposal like a tractor, expect your bung to be severely violated if you pay a day late...violations then occurring daily until paid in full (note, this is understandable, however it would be nice to get a notice that daily anal violations are ocuring...I hate getting bent over w/out my knowledge), expect to step on your fellow tenants dog shit which is strewn about the complex like sand on a beach, and expect to discover several problems w/ your apartments plumbing, door thresholds, windows, door locks, and electrical/wiring. I hope anyone reading this avoids Fairway-view and finds an alternative....if you still are considering it, I know my apartment will be available soon as I plan to break my lease as soon as I find a place to park my van down by the river...even that will be better than Fairway View.
