Run.....and dont come back. Management: Management is awful. I do believe that we have had three managers since I moved in. They are horrible. Every time you step into the office you get immediate attitude. I have complained but nothing was done about it. However there is a new manager now that seems to be better than the rest. Maintenance: At first I had problems with my AC and maintenance came out about 7 times before some genius in the office decided to replace the unit in my apartment. I cant blame the maintenance guys cause they take orders from the front office. The only guy that was trained and knowledgeable is GONE....so get your handy belts and tools ready!!! Security: What security? The only thing we have is flash light cops...I see you! The work mostly from 8am until nighttime and then you are on your own. Yes I do understand that security is a courtesy but when you have armed kidnappings and car hit and runs and break-ins, you would think management would do something about it. Amenities: Do not be fooled by the list of amenities offered at fairway. The only ones included are headaches. Conclusion: DO NOT MOVE HERE...IF YOU DO I'LL BE THE FIRST TO SAY "I TOLD YOU SO!!!!" Take you money and give it to some complex that will treat the way you should.
