I moved in this apartment complex in August 2004, at the time I moved in I asked to have the carpet replaced because there were stains but they said it was not bad enough to replace the carpet. I moved out at the end of July 2007. In January 2008 I found out they were trying to charge me $900+ for the stains that were in the carpet when I moved in. I was told they did not have my move in paper to verify the carpet was in virtually the same condition. In addition to that during my stay I had several problems with getting things fixed in a timely manner. Unfortunately for me when I was going to move Hurricane Katrina hit and apartments were hard to find; therefore, I stayed there until I left Baton Rouge. My neighbors overall were nice, most also complained about things with their unit. The new office staff was better than the office staff I had dealt with previously but I still would not recommend this complex to anyone based on my experience.
