Review Title:   Kicked Out For Asking For Less Noise So I Could Ge

Noise complaints ignored. Other apartments mean 3 noise complaints against you, and you will have to move. The Gates claimed to be one of those upscale apartment complexes that people move to because they enforce the rules which provides residents with peaceful quiet homes. This apartment complex did not ask noisy neighbors to move after over 20 different noise complaints where I sat in an apartment and listened to the rap music pound through the floor from the apartment above me. They trapped me in an unsafe condition by telling these people who was complaining. I had a right to the apartment I paid for. What I got was an apartment which was turned into the inside of a club every evening by the people above me who would have 30+ people over to add to the noise by stomping down the ceiling. Come on. These people weren't paying my rent. I was paying rent in order to have a place to sleep at night so I could get up and get to work on time. The Gates does not care if you are able to sleep at night once you've signed the lease. Bottom line is, the Gates could have been a nice place to live had they handled noise complaints as promised in my lease contract. They broke this agreement on their end...which was a breach of contract. Instead of telling the residents of the apartment making the noise that they could not disturb their neighbors and continue to live there, the Gates kicked me out for complaining too often! Can you believe that! I had to pay new deposits and bill transfers and movers with a few days notice. I went 8 days without money to eat on due to this unsettling experience of being forced to come up with moving money occurred. What is this world coming to?
