I've lived at Ivy Park for several months now and have already scopped out my next place to live. Thankfully I only signed a six month lease. The construction of the units is incredibly cheaply done and Hinton Construction obviously doesn't put much pride into their work. When I first moved in the manager of the office promised me several things that would be done in "the next week or so" and that was MONTHS ago and they still aren't done. I heard them bringing some poor sapps around the complex the other day and I heard the same exact lies they had told me! Also, 50% of the time that I go to my garage and try to open the door it won't open with the garage opener. This is ridiculous!! I actually had to call a friend for a ride to work the other day b/c I couldn't get my car out! I will delight to see Ivy Park become a ghetto!
