The ONLY reason my roommate and I chose this complex was because it was gated....HAHAHAHA that was a joke....the gate is always broken.....the gate was broken for about a month before it was fixed....it normally breaks about once a week due to people trying to hurry up and get in or inclement weather....
Maintenance---> thats another joke...For the FIRST MONTH I had the light fixture in my closet didnt work....We went to the office and complained twice a week and they just blew it away...also its been about 3 months now that the peek hole on the door has no lense.....so we have a peice of scotch tape on the hole....there is a leave above my roommates shower/tub....been about a month or two....
Parking....as long as u get to the complex before Midnight you can find a spot on the grounds....(not close to your apt.).....there has been about 3 or 4 times that I have had to park on the road...
Security - Its nice being able to see who comes in and out the complex via camera....also when the gates are closed that helps keep idiots out....Normally a cop on the grounds....each unit has and alarm...
Interior- Carpet is ok...ceramic tile is crap....who ever put it down did not know what they were doing (not straight & elevated in some areas)....paint on the walls is fresh but you can tell they didnt use tape....(paint is on baseboards and white on walls etc.)
The residents are fairly quiet...you can hear an ocasional person roaming around...
Exterior....Besides the "Village" (the older ones in front) not being renovated the grounds are okay....
Hot Tub - has not worked for like 7 months
