We are in our second year here at Regency. Everyone in the office are very professional, friendly and helpful.Maintenance will fix any problems the day of the complaint or atleast the next day. Location is good. Grocery store, bank,vet,Walgreens,Blockbuster,restaurants all nearby going every direction.Parking has not been a problem thus far. All apartments have a washer and dryer.My only complaint is that not all residents pick up their dog's poop. Management has addressed this in monthly bulletins but I still see dog owners turn away from the poop as if it will disappear. I would recommend living here.
