When they say they have a quiet, serene environment for students and don?t allow partying, they mean it. I lived here two years as a graduate student and it was everything a student could want--quiet, safe, and well-maintained, and good value. The owners are constantly upgrading the property. My apartment was very spacious and had been completely renovated. It says a lot that the same managers have lived on the property since 1989. They couldn?t have been more helpful. The location is very convenient to LSU and on the LSU bus route, but far enough away to avoid all that college congestion. I could not be happier for having lived here.
