Ive been very happy with Teakwood. The apartments are large for the rent you pay. The management is proactive about solving problems, and they are very strict on enforcing rules against loud and disruptive partying. Every maintenance issue Ive had has been fixed within a day or two. I consistently arrive at my LSU parking lot 10-12 minutes after I leave the apartment. The complex is also fairly close to the Mall of Louisiana. The landscaping around the buildings is very nice, and the pool is great.
